BIOGRAPHY
Comedian
Tom Cotter, a Boston native, uses a combination of impressions and
wacky anecdotes in his high energy, rapid-fire style of comedy. The
Providence Journal-Bulletin calls Cotter "an
articulate wise guy...a rapid verbal bullet." He has
performed on MTV, VH1, A&E, NBC, the Disney Channel, and Comedy
Central, as well as in numerous television commercials.
In the last year, Cotter landed a scene in the Miramax film, “Next
Stop Wonderland,” was featured in the 1999 HBO U.S. Aspen Comedy Arts
Festival, and was nominated for the 1999 MAC Award for Outstanding
Male Comic. He was also summoned to London to tour and perform on
British television, and he won the 15th Annual Seattle International
Stand-up Comedy Competition.
