Welcome to all cruise line executives, and thank you for visiting us. Since 1990 we at FIRST CLASS ENTERTAINMENT, INC. have been proudly specializing in servicing the entertainment needs of the cruise industry. We represent many highly rated entertainers, and take the time to understand the needs of each particular cruise line based on demographics and ship itineraries.
As a family owned and operated business for over 18 years, we pay very close "personal attention" to being there when you need us the most. We can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our executive team has a combined experience of over 60 years in the entertainment industry, and over 20 years in working with and understanding the entertainment needs of the cruise industry. Our President and co-founder, Howard Beder, in his days as a standup comedian, is proud to having performed on 18 World Cruises and been chosen to do seven Inaugurals, indicating the high level and taste of his own performance. His first hand knowledge of the cruise industry is thoughtfully used by FIRST CLASS ENTERTAINMENT, INC., in choosing only the finest performers to represent.
In addition, our experience is not only in presenting entertainers well suited for the cruise industry, but we also take the time to educate each entertainer signed to us about what is expected of them both on and off stage, as well as the unique aspects about performing on ships and the family oriented environment. We also make every effort to verify the exact amount of quality performance time that each entertainer can offer in two or multiple different shows.
Finally, due to the competitive nature of cruise ship entertainment, and
in our effort to maintain professionalism, all of the entertainers that we
submit to you for consideration have signed exclusivity agreements with
First Class Entertainment, Inc. for our exclusive representation of their
talents within the cruise industry. Our talent roster denotes each
exclusive entertainer with a blue asterisk (*)
next to their name. However, there are some cases in which
particular entertainers have approved only certain cruise lines for
exclusive representation, and those entertainers are clearly indicated
with a double blue asterisk (**) next to
their name. Our many valued cruise line clients have found this to
be very useful since there are some talent agencies that do not
professionally secure the entertainer's approval for their representation
and submission to certain cruise lines. This is valuable to help
avoid conflicts between talent agencies, and well as to maintain clarity
and avoid talent buyer confusion.
